Custom Orders

1. All custom products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective
2. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications
3. Image quality and resolution requirements must be met for optimal print results
4. Color may vary slightly between screen display and final printed product

Proof Approval

Before production, you will receive a digital proof of your design for approval. Once approved, you accept responsibility for the design, dimensions, and specifications shown in the proof.

Pricing and Payment

1. Currency. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Timing. Payment is required before production begins.
